Our chauffeurs
are carefully selected based on criteria specific to experience, appearance,
personality, local knowledge and driving record. USA Transportation chauffeurs
must pass a background
check and drug test prior
to hire and submit to random drug testing and
driving records checks.
Once hired, all team members will go through a comprehensive training
program
which includes subjects such as professionalism, vehicle safety and etiquette.
Our chauffeur standards are maintained through ongoing training and annual certification.
Communication is the backbone of our business. Our dispatch department is equipped with direct connect radios and cellular telephones that enable our staff to communicate with the chauffeurs efficiently.
The USA Transportation vehicle management software automatically tracks
arriving flights and consistently updates
every reservation. Every reservation
is tracked to insure the chauffeur gets to the correct pick up location on
time and follows instructions specific to each reservation.
The USA Transportation Fleet is a combination of luxury vehicles designed
to suit your needs. Our entire fleet is made up of late model vehicles that
are replaced every two years at a minimum;
as you would expect from a premium
service provider we operate one of the newest and best maintained fleets
in South Florida.
